Key responsibilities & impact

Shape and evolve product vision and roadmaps aligned to organizational goals and technology strategy
Translate business objectives into product outcomes, hypotheses, and success measures
Align platform capabilities to KPI-oriented outcomes such as scalability, reliability, automation, efficiency, and risk reduction
Advocate for investments that improve productivity and operational effectiveness
Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term strategic outcomes
Own product backlogs end-to-end and ensure work is defined, sequenced, and aligned to outcomes
Write and refine epics, features, and user stories for complex, high-impact, or ambiguous work
Lead backlog building and ongoing refinement
Partner with engineering and architecture to shape solutions, identify dependencies, and surface risks
Validate usefulness and impact of delivered capabilities with internal users and stakeholders
Make prioritization, sequencing, and scope decisions within the product area
Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams
Remove obstacles to progress and value delivery
Lead or participate in backlog refinement and product planning ceremonies
Ensure shared understanding of priorities, intent, and success criteria
Act as liaison between engineering, architecture, business partners, and leadership
Communicate priorities, progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes
Gather feedback and pain points for roadmap and backlog decisions
Define and track KPIs tied to efficiency, performance, reliability, and business impact
Use data and analytics to inform prioritization and validate hypotheses
Monitor adoption and outcomes of delivered capabilities
Translate results and learning into roadmap and backlog adjustments
Support data center delivery across site development, construction lifecycle management, power and capacity planning, and commissioning readiness through technology, data, integrated systems, and process automation

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in product management, product leadership, or related roles
Demonstrated ability to own outcomes and value realization, not just delivery or backlog management
Proven experience making priority and scope tradeoffs in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Experience operating in highly cross-functional domains and translating business and operational needs into product capabilities
Demonstrated ability to work across multiple interconnected systems and platforms
Experience partnering closely with engineering, architecture, and operational stakeholders
Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments while maintaining forward progress
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with or adjacent to large-scale infrastructure delivery and operations platforms, including eBuilder, Procore, Primavera P6, Oracle Aconex, Oracle Fusion, Workday Financials, capital project accounting systems, ServiceNow, asset lifecycle platforms, capacity planning tools, Snowflake, enterprise data platforms, API/integration layers such as MuleSoft, telemetry platforms, infrastructure monitoring, or DCIM-adjacent solutions
Experience in organizations transitioning from project-centric to product-centric models
Familiarity with agile and lean product practices in enterprise environments
