About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create learner-focused content across eLearning, facilitator guides, scripts, presentations, assessments, campaigns and other learning experiences
- Apply instructional design principles, storytelling and creative thinking to make complex information clear and practical
- Structure, sequence and shape learning experiences while balancing learner needs, business objectives, creativity and delivery requirements
- Own content from initial discovery through delivery
- Manage priorities, maintain standards, solve problems, make recommendations and flag risks early
- Collaborate with Content Leads, Designers, Project Managers, subject matter experts and other stakeholders
- Ask questions, challenge unclear briefs constructively and identify effective approaches to learning challenges
- Explore new ideas, learning trends, technologies and AI-enabled tools
- Experiment to improve learner engagement, content quality and ways of working
Requirements
What you’ll need- Understanding and application of instructional design principles
- Strong, versatile writing skills
- Ability to simplify complex information and adapt tone for different audiences
- Ability to manage own work, make decisions, balance priorities and deliver high-quality content independently
- Thoughtful problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and ability to build strong working relationships
- Attention to accuracy, consistency, accessibility and learner experience quality
- Interest in new technologies, creative approaches and continuous improvement
- Ideally, experience developing learning content across a range of formats
- Comfort working with stakeholders, subject matter experts and project teams
