- Develop enablement content using AI workflows

- Create technically accurate content covering APIs, cloud platforms and developer workflows
- Interpret developer documentation, technical specifications and implementation guides
- Create OpenAI Codex and AI-assisted development learning resources
- Develop API, cloud and developer enablement materials
- Create technical onboarding and implementation guides
- Produce demo guides, technical walkthroughs and product tutorials
- Develop sales and customer enablement playbooks
- Create e-learning scripts, storyboards, training presentations, job aids, reference guides, scenarios and knowledge checks
- Apply adult learning and instructional design principles
- Validate workflows, product capabilities and examples against documentation and SME input
- Identify misleading simplifications, unsupported claims and inconsistent terminology
- Use AI tools for content structuring, drafting, editing and refinement
- Collaborate with project leads, designers, technical SMEs and stakeholders
- Manage assigned content from brief through final approval, including timelines, documentation and version control
- Communicate progress, raise technical uncertainties and recommend practical solutions

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven hands-on experience using OpenAI Codex in real-world development or AI-assisted coding workflows
- Understanding of APIs, authentication, endpoints, requests and responses, data structures, integrations, cloud environments and error handling
- Understanding of cloud technologies, software integrations and developer environments
- Ability to explain technical concepts and workflows to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience creating learning or enablement content for enterprise, B2B, SaaS or developer audiences
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and validate information with SMEs
- Confident use of AI tools with independent judgement and quality control
- Ability to follow confidentiality, data protection and client-specific AI-use requirements
- Proactive, organised and collaborative approach
- Ability to own complex content deliverables and deliver high-quality work with minimal ramp-up time
