About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Elicit and document business requirements using structured techniques
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirements Documents, user stories, process flows, mockups, test scenarios, and process manuals
- Ensure deliverables are consistent, traceable, and aligned with project phase and objectives
- Support User Acceptance Testing and overall delivery activities
- Operate concurrently across 2 to 4 projects, depending on complexity
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and share knowledge and best practices
- Partner with Business and IT stakeholders and constructively challenge assumptions
- Perform As-Is versus To-Be gap analysis and process modeling using BPMN or equivalent
- Ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements and support implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within banking or financial services
- Familiarity with project lifecycle phases in Agile or Waterfall frameworks
- Requirements elicitation
- Requirements documentation, including BRDs and user stories
- Business scenario preparation and execution
- Process modeling
- Gap analysis
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Adaptability and comfort working across multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation quality
- Fluency in English
- Greek language skills are a plus
