About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support business units in identifying and managing procurement needs
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers and service providers
  • Participate in RFI, RFQ, and RFP tender processes
  • Support evaluation of supplier proposals and commercial offers
  • Assist in negotiating pricing and commercial terms under senior team guidance
  • Support contract administration and supplier onboarding
  • Monitor purchase requests, contracts, and procurement activities to ensure timelines are met
  • Support implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
  • Report to the Procurement Manager
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Finance related functions will be considered an advantage
  • Good understanding of commercial and business concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn and develop within a corporate procurement environment
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems/processes will be considered an asset
  • Application materials must be submitted in English
