Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design, development and delivery of iOS and Android applications

  • Promote test automation and quality engineering
  • Monitor application performance and technical health
  • Address technical debt and architectural improvements
  • Ensure all activities and duties comply with regulatory requirements and support implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of software development experience
  • 2+ years in a technical leadership, Lead Developer or Team Lead role
  • Strong experience in Native iOS (Swift), Native Android (Kotlin), or both platforms
  • Experience with mobile application architecture patterns
  • Experience integrating mobile applications with APIs and backend services
  • Experience leading distributed development teams (preferred)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices (preferred)
  • Experience in App Store and Google Play release processes (preferred)
  • Knowledge of mobile security and performance optimization (preferred)
