About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead business requirements gathering and ensure alignment with project goals
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document business processes, KPIs, and requirements
- Analyze current business processes and propose efficiency and effectiveness improvements
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for IT solutions
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into successful solutions
- Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications and user stories
- Manage the product backlog
- Participate in iteration and release planning
- Engage in agile ceremonies to support continuous delivery and improvement
- Develop Requirements Management Plans and Traceability Matrices
- Monitor and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in user acceptance testing and training activities
- Ensure alignment with data governance policies and Azure-based AI project scope
- Ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements and the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
- Identify and report potential bribery and corruption risks
- Promote ethical behavior through continuous training and awareness initiatives
- Collaborate with customers in domestic and international public sector IT projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis or related roles
- Familiarity with data governance, AI, and cloud platforms
- Experience as a business analyst in Cloud, AI and data analytics projects
- Experience documenting business requirements for cloud, AI and data analytics projects within Azure
- Sound knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices, demonstrated by practical experience in IT projects
- Experience in requirements development and management in software development projects throughout the whole software development life cycle
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and project team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and willingness to work in an international/multicultural environment
- Excellent knowledge of English language, written and verbal
- Must have PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA®) or IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®)
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable
- Relevant certifications in internationally recognized project management methodologies, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are considered an asset
