About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source, identify, and engage candidates using Bullhorn CRM and ZoomInfo
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across job boards and sourcing channels
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening to ensure alignment with client requirements
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to refine sourcing strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in Bullhorn
- Provide weekly updates on sourcing progress, challenges, and market insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience with Bullhorn CRM and ZoomInfo and other job boards
- Proven background in candidate sourcing or recruitment support
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Experience with recruitment process outsourcing industry as a full time recruiter
- Knowledge working on Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering and Skilled Trades requirements
