About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end delivery of customer requirements for the Utilization Review and medical necessity product line
Track and drive per-customer configuration work for new and existing health systems
Manage day-to-day interactions between customers, product, and engineering
Translate customer requests into clear, buildable work with acceptance criteria
Support sprint-level prioritization when customer requests compete
Partner with the AI Transformation team on health system rollouts
Help make rollout a repeatable process
Feed recurring customer-request patterns back into the product roadmap

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
2+ years of program management, project management, implementation, or delivery experience
Demonstrated experience shipping a real product to a real customer in production; school projects and internships do not count
Direct experience coordinating work with an engineering team, including writing requirements, managing a backlog, and driving delivery against a sprint cadence
Deep comfort with Jira as the primary working tool
Excellent written and verbal communication
Genuine appetite to learn the healthcare and utilization review domain from scratch
Experience at a startup or fast-growing company (ideal)
Health tech or healthcare SaaS background (ideal)
Exposure to enterprise or health system customers (ideal)
Program or delivery background with ambition to move into product management (ideal)
Familiarity with healthcare workflows, terminology, or health system IT environments (ideal)
