About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop distinctive concepts and recurring formats for Qualitate’s research, people, and product
  • Create short-form video, visual storytelling, interactive content, and creator collaborations
  • Own the content calendar and publishing across Qualitate’s and the founder’s X and LinkedIn accounts
  • Draft founder and company thought leadership posts
  • Turn research findings, customer stories, and product updates into posts, threads, creative briefs, launch emails, newsletters, and landing pages
  • Engage with investors, business leaders, creators, and relevant industry conversations
  • Identify creators and partners, develop collaboration briefs, and manage outreach, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate content amplification across employees, investors, customers, and partners
  • Build repeatable workflows for planning, creating, reviewing, and distributing content
  • Use AI and automation to improve recurring work and address bottlenecks
  • Track audience, engagement, traffic, and commercial-interest performance
  • Recommend which content topics, formats, and channels to expand, improve, or stop
  • Collaborate with the founder, Research, and Marketing teams while reporting to the Head of Insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong writing skills and original ideas
  • Understanding of social media tone, timing, formats, and audiences
  • Ability to write strong hooks, clarify complex ideas, and adapt to different voices
  • Interest in technology and business, including investor and corporate decision-maker priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple moving pieces, deadlines, and publishing workflows
  • Experience using AI tools for research, brainstorming, drafting, and workflow improvement
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in social, content, communications, or a related field; strong independent projects, personal accounts, and community-building experience also count
  • Experience growing an engaged audience for a person, publication, or company
  • Experience creating content for technology, investing, financial services, or B2B audiences
  • Experience working with creators or managing campaigns from concept through launch and measurement
  • Ability to create simple graphics, edit short video clips, or direct designers and editors
  • Examples of originated ideas and ability to explain their performance
  • Ability to work from Qualitate’s New York City office Monday–Wednesday
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support now and in the future
