Requirements

- Respond to employees’ IT-related requests and questions
- Assist with resolving basic technical issues

- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
- A university degree is preferred
- Ability to prepare clear and concise technical documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with different departments
- Proactive, committed, and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a 1.5-hour lunch break
