About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver end-to-end features within the sub-team’s scope
Implement the sub-team’s features and integrations, from solution design through deployment
Consume and orchestrate VTEX APIs and the client’s internal services
Write automated tests and participate in code reviews
Fix defects, implement continuous improvements, and support deployments
Develop in Go for BFFs using hexagonal architecture
Develop with React + Next.js (custom headless), Vitest, Testing Library, and Cypress
Develop with Flutter and the flutter_test, mocktail, bloc_test, and Maestro tools, when applicable to APP Plat professionals
Work with VTEX Checkout, Intelligent Search, Headless CMS, and OAuth2 integration with Keycloak
Use the VTEX Catalog API, Pricing API, Logistics/Inventory API, and Promotions API
Work with the VTEX Marketplace: received SKUs, matching, and co-funding
Perform batch processing and high-volume synchronization
Work with VTEX OMS, Order Hooks/Feed, Logistics, and Delivery Promises
Implement order flows and 1P/3P split, fulfillment, and tracking
Integrate with SAP ECC/EWM via SAP-Adapter and TMS (Intelipost and proprietary CO)
Work with RMA rules and back-office/customer service workflows
Receive technical guidance from the squad’s TL/Specialist and client architects
Communicate in a remote-work context and collaborate with multidisciplinary squads
Take ownership of delivery quality within the client’s gates and ceremonies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of front-end standards and practices
Security and performance practices for web and app development
Go (Golang) for microservices, preferably using hexagonal architecture
VTEX APIs related to the sub-team (Pricing, Logistics, Promotions, or OMS)
HTTP/REST APIs, asynchronous integration, and events
Experience participating in Digital platform migrations to the VTEX Commerce Platform
Automated testing (testing, testify, mockery) and CI/CD
Git/GitHub and containers
Kubernetes and AWS (as a user) — a plus
Datadog — a plus
Spanish (Colombia operations) — a plus
Clear communication in a remote-work context and collaboration with multidisciplinary squads
