About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Exchange Server environments.
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) environments.
  • Administer Microsoft infrastructure services, including DNS, GPO, WSUS, and SCCM/MECM.
  • Implement, monitor, and optimize security, access, and authentication policies.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve highly critical incidents.
  • Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and propose preventive and corrective actions.
  • Develop scripts and automations using PowerShell.
  • Participate in migration, upgrade, and modernization projects for Microsoft environments.
  • Provide technical support to N1 and N2 teams, serving as an escalation point.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, security, and governance of managed environments.
  • Work on innovative and sustainable IT solutions to enhance clients’ businesses.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field.
  • Solid experience as an N3 Infrastructure Analyst.
  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and on-premises Exchange, DNS, SCCM/MECM, WSUS, GPO, and Windows Server.
  • Experience troubleshooting large-scale corporate environments.
  • Knowledge of automation using PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of security, identity management, and access control.
  • Ability to work in critical, high-availability environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Consultative and hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactivity and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Teamwork and knowledge-sharing abilities.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MS-102, MD-102, SC-300, or equivalent) are a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Defender is a plus.
  • Experience with Cloud Computing and Modern Workplace projects is a plus.
  • Experience with ITIL processes is a plus.
