About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop new features for Flutter applications
- Perform enhancements and corrective maintenance on applications
- Consume REST and GraphQL APIs
- Integrate applications with VTEX platforms and corporate systems
- Participate in the team’s Agile ceremonies
- Develop automated tests
- Conduct peer code reviews
- Support deployments and releases to the Android and iOS app stores
- Fix bugs and improve performance
- Participate in the technical definition of solutions
- Develop reusable components
- Support QA in creating test scenarios
- Produce technical solution documentation
- Ensure compliance with development best practices
- Work on the development and support of scalable, high-performance applications that deliver an excellent user experience
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of the mobile platform
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of Flutter
- Knowledge of Dart
- Knowledge of Android and iOS
- Experience with or knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs
- Knowledge of Firebase
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub
- Knowledge of CI/CD
- Knowledge of automated testing
- Knowledge of design patterns, SOLID, and Clean Code
- Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
- Experience publishing mobile applications
- Experience integrating with e-commerce APIs
- Experience consuming external services
- Knowledge of mobile performance and security
- Senior-level profile with solid experience in mobile development using Flutter
- Spanish is a plus for operations in Colombia
- Knowledge of the VTEX Commerce Platform is a plus
- Experience with VTEX Checkout, OMS, and Catalog is a plus
- Experience with Riverpod, Bloc, or Cubit is a plus
- Knowledge of Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics is a plus
- Experience integrating payment methods is a plus
- Knowledge of FastStore, React, or Node.js is a plus
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
- Knowledge of Datadog is a plus
- Flutter or VTEX certification is a plus
- Experience migrating to the VTEX Commerce Platform is a plus
