About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support delivery of strategic planning and performance activities within the Strategy & Planning team
- Contribute to a digital transformation project
- Modernise the capture, structure, and reporting of operational performance data across multiple divisions
- Replace manual spreadsheet processes with enterprise-level Power BI dashboards
- Transform complex data into meaningful insights for evidence-based executive decision-making
- Support frontline services and corporate strategy through operational data modelling
Requirements
What you’ll need- Practical expertise in Power BI, including data modelling and DAX
- Advanced Excel spreadsheet manipulation
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and performance reporting
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, visual narratives
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build productive relationships and negotiate with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to clean, structure, and model operational data
- Government experience highly advantageous
- CV must be uploaded to be considered
