About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze complex technical requirements together with customers
Develop future-proof solution and platform architectures
Operate modern cloud, Kubernetes, and container platforms on-premises and in the cloud
Develop and optimize scalable CI/CD and GitOps processes
Automate development and operational workflows
Support modernization and migration projects from conception through implementation
Work closely with customers and the agile team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training or a degree in a relevant field
Experience with modern IT cloud and platform solutions
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
Experience operating containerized platforms
Knowledge of Azure and on-premises Kubernetes
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code methods and Terraform, OpenTofu, or Ansible
Experience building and operating automated CI/CD pipelines
Very good German language skills at C1 level
Good written and spoken English
Strong communication skills, flexibility, and enjoyment of direct interaction
Proactive, independent, and structured approach to work
Willingness to provide customer consulting and work on projects
