About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take responsibility for test planning, test execution, and test coordination in customer projects within the SAP environment
- Create test documentation, including test strategies and test concepts
- Proactively design and manage defect management processes
- Advise customers on testing-related topics, either on-site or remotely
- Independently familiarize yourself with different industries, systems, and customer contexts
- Coordinate collaboration with relevant stakeholders and ensure transparent communication
- Design and facilitate customer workshops and coaching sessions
- Support the professional development of the Testing Team through knowledge transfer and the exchange of best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist, a degree in computer science, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of hands-on experience in agile and traditional testing projects
- ISTQB certification (Foundation Level or higher)
- Extensive practical experience testing SAP applications
- Good knowledge of common test management tools and technologies, particularly SAP Solution Manager
- Experience building test automation solutions and implementing automated test cases with Ranorex and/or Tosca (ideally)
- Proactive team player with an independent and structured approach to work
- Excellent German language skills
- Very good written and spoken English
- Empathy, flexibility, and commitment
