About the role

  • Balance quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
  • Create and update e-learning content, graphics, presentations, process documentation, and performance support materials
  • Use approved development tools, templates, brand guidelines, and AI-supported workflows to improve efficiency and support content development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience developing training, instructional content, or performance support materials
  • Minimum 4–6 years of instructional design experience, specifically focused on e-learning content creation
  • Minimum 1 year of experience developing instructional content using e-learning authoring tools, multimedia software, or related content development platforms
  • Experience with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Strong ability to translate complex subject matter into clear, engaging, and learner-focused content
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage work effectively within agile or iterative workflows while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams
  • Portfolio demonstrating instructional design, e-learning development, graphic design, presentation design, or related content development work
