About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect, analyze, and interpret structured data to identify trends, patterns, and insights supporting business objectives
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI and other business intelligence tools
- Extract, cleanse, validate, and transform data for reporting and analysis
- Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for relational databases
- Assist with gathering business requirements and documenting reporting needs
- Develop analytical solutions addressing operational and strategic challenges
- Support logical and physical data model development and maintenance
- Create and maintain report specifications, data dictionaries, business definitions, and technical documentation
- Explain generated dashboards and reports to customers and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of Power BI experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis techniques
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to collect and compile relevant data
- Organized with great attention to detail
- Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically
- Ability to handle databases and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools
- Prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer, often 6–8 hours per day
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and mouse use
- Visual acuity to read and edit detailed documents on screen and in print
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, or move around an office environment
- Ability to speak and hear to communicate clearly via phone, video conference, and in-person
- Ability to occasionally lift or move materials, typically up to 10–25 pounds
- Travel may be required for in-person meetings or kickoffs
- Must be able to work in the United States; no specific work authorization requirement stated
