About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, coordinate, and maintain detailed project schedules for individual projects and programs within Primavera P6
- Facilitate schedule development and maintenance with the full project team, including engineering, licensing and permitting, procurement, and construction
- Analyze schedule information and provide project teams with recommended corrective action to ensure projects meet required in-service dates
- Prepare detailed schedule reports, including critical path, baseline versus actual, look-ahead, milestone, and what-if scenario views
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain financial schedule, estimate, budget, resource, procurement, and other data within Primavera P6
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain status reporting and dashboards for financial aspects and schedules within Primavera P6, including CPI, SPI, and other KPIs
- Support the Project Management team with integrated project schedule monitoring, tracking budget variance, forecasting, scheduling key milestones, and providing cost and schedule reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Electric Utility industry experience is preferred
- 10+ years of Scheduling concepts, including Activity Definition and Sequencing, Resource Estimating, Activity Duration Estimating, CPM and Baseline analysis, Earned Value, etc.
- Primary experience with Primavera P6
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong understanding of the project progression
