About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to data, reporting, and analytics
Translate business needs into functional specifications and data requirements
Work closely with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Product Owners to deliver data solutions
Perform data analysis using SQL to identify trends, validate requirements, and support business decisions
Define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements
Create user stories, process flows, business documentation, and acceptance criteria
Support testing activities, data validation, and UAT processes
Ensure data quality and consistency across reports and dashboards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data-focused projects
Strong SQL skills, including data extraction, analysis, and validation
Experience working with reporting and analytics solutions
Ability to understand data models, data flows, and business processes
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
