About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technology roles
Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies
Source, engage, and assess candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks
Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate hiring processes
Ensure an excellent candidate experience
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment guidance to stakeholders
Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment reporting within the ATS

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technology recruitment
Strong understanding of IT roles and technology landscapes
Proven experience sourcing and hiring technical professionals
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interviewing skills
Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Fluent English communication skills
