About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect and consolidate business requirements related to controlling reporting and process mining
- Support business discussions to establish consistent and standardized business requirements
- Provide business-level descriptions of relevant data entities and relationships within source systems
- Support implementation of gathered requirements according to Product Owner priorities
- Communicate priorities to relevant business teams
- Provide the Product Owner with information from the Business Analytics Chapter and business teams for backlog prioritization
- Identify, communicate, document and track business-related impediments
- Coordinate clarifications with business teams and Product Owners
- Identify logical or business-related inconsistencies and facilitate their resolution
- Document meetings and business discussions and ensure relevant information is handed over to the client
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer or in a similar role
- Experience in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements
- Experience in understanding and describing business data entities and their relationships
- Knowledge of VISL, INAN, DTAN, DESN, BUAN and CNSL systems/data sources
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in an agile project environment
- Business-fluent German is mandatory
- Experience in controlling reporting and/or process mining is an advantage
