Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field of study
  • 8 years of experience in the job offered or a similar software testing position
  • 7 years of experience with testing automation framework design and implementation
  • 7 years of experience conducting UI/Web UI test automation using Selenium WebDriver or equivalent
  • 7 years of experience conducting framework/tool research and experimentation
  • 7 years of experience identifying bottlenecks
  • 7 years of experience programming/scripting using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or similar languages
  • 5 years of experience with integration and regression testing
  • 4 years of experience with BDD/POM or similar test structure patterns
  • 4 years of experience with CI/CD pipeline integration of test artifacts
  • 2 years of experience with SQL and databases
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Technical leadership experience through code reviews, mentoring team members, and facilitating knowledge sharing
  • Must take and pass pre-hire technical assessments: Python coding exercise, framework design challenge, bug-finding/exploratory test case review, and CI/CD integration scenario
  • Must be able to work from anywhere in the U.S., excluding U.S. territories
  • Required travel for team meetings or company gatherings about 2 times a year
