About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the CTO/CPO and CSO in structuring and driving technical and scientific priorities.
- Prepare strategic materials, technical briefings and leadership reviews.
- Synthesize complex technical topics to facilitate leadership decision-making.
- Structure leadership processes and coordination mechanisms for the Office of the CTO & CSO.
- Support preparation and follow-up of technical leadership meetings, reviews and strategic discussions.
- Maintain alignment across research, engineering and product leadership.
- Track progress on key technical and scientific initiatives.
- Provide visibility on milestones, dependencies and risks.
- Facilitate coordination between teams and support resolution of cross-team blockers.
- Improve internal processes and communication flows supporting technical and research operations.
- Maintain alignment between scientific exploration and product development priorities.
- Lead or coordinate high-impact cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CTO/CPO and CSO.
- Provide analytical and operational support on complex organizational or technical topics.
- Build alignment across research, product and engineering; strengthen the Office of the CTO & CSO; and support scaling of the technical organization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Technical Program Manager, strategy/operations in deeptech organizations, or technology consulting.
- Experience working in research-driven environments, advanced technology companies, or deeptech startups strongly preferred.
- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in physics, computer science or a related technical field required.
- Dual background combining engineering/science and business, management or project management is a strong plus.
- Exceptional structuring and synthesis capabilities.
- Strong program and project coordination skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with senior scientists and engineers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized and proactive.
- Strong sense of ownership and discretion.
- Comfortable operating in highly technical environments.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and evolving priorities.
