About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Activate and develop Quanta business opportunities in the state of Paraná
  • Develop and strengthen commercial relationships with Quanta’s partner cooperatives in Paraná
  • Identify and activate business opportunities with cooperatives, members, companies, and other relationship stakeholders
  • Prospect and develop commercial opportunities aligned with Quanta’s regional strategy
  • Conduct commercial visits, meetings, presentations, events, and activation initiatives with cooperatives and partners
  • Support the development of commercial proposals and lead negotiations within the scope of authority
  • Plan and execute commercial initiatives, campaigns, and business development programs with cooperatives and internal teams
  • Monitor opportunities, pipeline, targets, and commercial KPIs, proposing and implementing action plans
  • Support the expansion of pension and financial protection solutions among cooperative stakeholders
  • Work with Quanta’s internal teams to implement and monitor opportunities
  • Represent Quanta at commercial and relationship-building engagements in Paraná

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commercial Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Active C-Pro I and/or ICSS certifications
  • Experience in business development, commercial relationship management, or consultative B2B and/or B2C roles
  • Experience in cooperatives, financial institutions, pension plans, insurance, benefits, or related sectors
  • Experience with negotiation, partner relationship management, and monitoring commercial KPIs
  • Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills, with the ability to build commercial relationships
  • Availability to travel within the state of Paraná
  • Commercial, consultative, relationship-oriented, proactive, and results-driven profile
  • Preferred qualifications: experience in Paraná’s cooperative ecosystem; knowledge of the supplementary pension and financial protection markets; relationships or experience with credit cooperatives; experience developing and activating commercial opportunities; strong stakeholder engagement, autonomy, and execution focus
