About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the functional bridge between exchanges’ market communications and QuantHouse’s development and QA teams.
  • Monitor and interpret exchange-driven market evolutions.
  • Translate market changes into clear functional specifications.
  • Coordinate implementation from analysis through production release.
  • Explain functional impacts to Development, QA, and Technical Writing teams.
  • Write development tickets according to Feedos standards and QuantHouse conventions.
  • Plan and prioritize Development and QA workloads based on business criticality and deadlines.
  • Track development and QA progress and proactively report status, risks, and delays.
  • Validate quality against group standards before authorizing production releases.
  • Follow up on production deployments and ensure correct rollout.
  • Liaise with Network and Infrastructure teams on connectivity, exchange access, and deployment topics.
  • Anticipate delivery risks and propose corrective actions or reprioritization.
  • Propose improvements to quality, tooling, and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Product Owner role, ideally in financial markets, market data, or trading technology.
  • Solid foundational understanding of financial markets, including asset classes, trading mechanisms, and market data concepts.
  • Basic Linux proficiency, including navigating and reading logs.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Nice to have: exposure to exchange connectivity protocols, market data formats such as FIX, SBE, and ITCH-like feeds, or experience with equities, derivatives, or FX.
  • Nice to have: Excel and Redmine experience.
  • Ability to translate complex technical documentation into actionable specifications with autonomy and rigor.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented communication across business, technical, and QA teams.
