Key responsibilities & impact

Operate a Komori GL 840P Advance LED UV 8-color press with advanced automation features
Operate and maintain the press to meet production goals
Troubleshoot mechanical and print issues quickly and effectively
Monitor job specifications and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow and minimize downtime
Communicate regularly with other employees and managers
Work a rotating 12-hour day shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on an alternating schedule
Handle confidential electronic files or printed customer material

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience as a Press Operator
Sheetfed experience required
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work a rotating 12-hour day shift schedule and maintain consistent attendance
Excellent interpersonal communication skills required
Excellent organizational skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to stand 90% of the time and walk 10% of the time
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Will be required to wear closed-toe shoes
Subject to background screening as part of the hiring process
