About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take ownership of features from defined system architecture through implementation, integration, validation, and release
  • Own assigned features post-release by triaging, reproducing, and resolving customer-reported issues
  • Ensure operation and integration of software components and interfaces with logic and validation modules
  • Investigate and resolve complex system-wide issues and bugs across multiple teams
  • Define interface contracts, including APIs, protocols, and timing/resource constraints, across software, hardware, and RF signal-chain boundaries
  • Drive integration plans, dry runs, and troubleshooting for system-wide features
  • Serve as the R&D point of contact for Customer Support, providing technical guidance and escalation support
  • Champion clean architecture, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices
  • Ensure design specifications, interface definitions, runbooks, and other documentation remain complete and current

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in system engineering
  • Strong hands-on software engineering skills
  • Proven track record in system integration and debugging complex, multi-component environments
  • Proficiency in at least two programming domains (e.g., Embedded C/C++/Linux, Python, Backend)
  • Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and software development best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong English communication skills
  • B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience in hardware/software co-design or real-time systems preferred
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and performance profiling preferred
  • Familiarity with RF or analog signal chains preferred
