About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the day-to-day management, activation, and optimisation of affiliate publishers across the Quantum Network
  • Monitor publisher performance against lead volume, CPL, conversion rate, and Gross Profit metrics
  • Identify performance risks, opportunities, and optimisation areas
  • Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, including clear updates and escalation
  • Support outreach to new, warm, and dormant publishers using agreed scripts and playbooks
  • Assist with onboarding new partners, campaign launches, and early-stage activation
  • Maintain clean and accurate partner data across internal systems, dashboards, and trackers
  • Support campaign setup, tracking checks, operational QA, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with Affiliate, Marketing, Creative, Paid Media, and Data teams on launches, testing, and optimisation
  • Contribute to prioritisation, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-2 years experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, account management, sales, or a commercial graduate role
  • Comfortable working with data and numbers with a strong eye for detail
  • Organised, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
  • Curious and eager to develop commercial, optimisation, and relationship management skills
  • A confident communicator who can engage comfortably with internal and external stakeholders
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative in how you work
  • Comfortable in a fast paced and ever changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work three days in the London office: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
  • Must answer whether sponsorship to work in the UK will be required
