About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in drafting legal pleadings, including complaints, answers, appeals, and motions
  • Monitor and manage procedural deadlines and case progress
  • File documents electronically through court systems such as PJe, e-SAJ, and Projudi
  • Organize and keep physical and digital case files up to date
  • Conduct research on legislation, legal scholarship, and case law to support legal opinions and pleadings
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and public agencies to obtain information and documents
  • Prepare case status reports
  • Assist with the preparation of hearings and meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a university degree in Law
  • Previous experience at a law firm
  • Familiarity with court clerk’s office procedures
  • Knowledge of judicial case management systems
  • Basic knowledge of electronic filing and case monitoring
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong writing skills and knowledge of legal terminology
