About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and support all pre- and post-launch responsibilities
  • Interface with multiple departments across Questex to meet client business objectives
  • Manage advertising campaigns day to day, including trafficking, targeting, pacing, optimization, and reporting
  • Create custom promotional plans and share content through various channels to ensure strong program engagement
  • Analyze program performance through digital marketing metrics and provide recommendations based on results
  • Manage escalation of risks, issues, and dependencies; make decisions and take required mitigating actions
  • Provide the product team and marketing operations with user feedback and insights related to internal tools and products
  • Educate and guide clients and partners on digital marketing best practices
  • Proactively address areas where client or program improvement is needed
  • Build relationships and ask the right questions to ensure successful program results
  • Support buyer-seller connections through Questex’s events, media, business information, data insights, and digital communities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in a client/customer-facing role preferred
  • Strong written and verbal skills; confidence working with clients via email and phone
  • Friendly, positive, service-oriented personality
  • Attention to detail; diligent, proactive, organized, accountable, analytical, highly motivated team player
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and processes
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment while managing numerous projects under tight deadlines
  • Preferred experience in HTML, Adobe Photoshop, and marketing automation software or email service providers
  • Strong working knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Results-driven team player with a strong desire to exceed expectations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Questex is unable to provide visa sponsorship
