About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide the team in building scalable, reliable applications using cloud infrastructure
- Share knowledge and best practices across the R&D department
- Support backend development efforts in Golang and Node.js
- Support frontend development efforts with React and TypeScript
- Drive continuous improvement in team velocity and delivery quality
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts
- Partner with product managers, designers, and backend/core teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Contribute to company-wide technical initiatives
- Collaborate on design and implementation of new features and services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a software developer
- Backend experience in Go/Node/Python
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Familiarity with CI/CD and modern DevOps practices is a plus
- Proficient in English
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
