About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and enhance the HavaOne project’s Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and high availability.
- Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, Batch Jobs, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Participate in defining technical solutions in collaboration with Architecture, Product, Business, and Integration teams.
- Implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems, such as SAP, OMS, PIM, Fair Share, logistics platforms, and third-party services.
- Ensure the adoption of development best practices, security, governance, and code quality standards.
- Analyze and resolve complex incidents in staging and production environments.
- Conduct code reviews and support the technical development of more junior team members.
- Participate in defining and evolving CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Analysts to translate requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
- Support technical estimation of initiatives, risk assessment, and identification of impacts on integrated systems.
- Ensure compliance with corporate architecture, integration, and observability standards.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in building and evolving HavaOne, a digital transformation initiative that modernizes Alpargatas’ B2B commercial journey.
- Work within an integrated ecosystem involving Salesforce, SAP, OMS, Fair Share, logistics, pricing, credit, and order management.
- Influence architectural decisions and contribute to the platform that will support the company’s global digital sales strategy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid experience in Salesforce development.
- Advanced knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, and Platform Events.
- Hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience developing REST APIs and implementing synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Git-based version control tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices applied to the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience in mission-critical, high-volume enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of service-oriented architecture, APIs, and microservices.
- Ability to independently identify and resolve complex problems.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect) — a plus.
- Experience with B2B channel digital transformation projects — a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud — a plus.
- Knowledge of integrations with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA — a plus.
- Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms — a plus.
- Knowledge of Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud — a plus.
- Experience with Azure DevOps — a plus.
- Knowledge of application observability and monitoring — a plus.
- Experience with Event-Driven Architecture — a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency — a plus.
