About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic legal support to the company’s global operations, reporting to the Corporate Legal Manager
  • Analyze, draft, and negotiate domestic and international contracts for services, IT/software, logistics, marketing, and other areas, in Portuguese and English
  • Identify and classify contractual risks and propose alternative language and mitigation measures
  • Support Procurement and business areas—including Supply Chain, Industrial, IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Innovation—in direct negotiations with suppliers and counterparties’ legal teams
  • Serve as the legal focal point for business areas, particularly in the United States, Asia, and Africa
  • Prepare legal opinions and analyses on new legislation and its operational impacts, supported by legal reasoning and practical recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Law degree; specialization in Contracts is preferred
  • Admission to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
  • Advanced English proficiency (conversational level)
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of digital tools to achieve business objectives
