About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the monthly management closing process by consolidating financial information from all business units, ensuring data accuracy and quality for global reporting
  • Support the monthly and quarterly accounting close processes, ensuring compliance with the company’s financial standards and policies
  • Prepare financial performance analyses, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with local finance teams to ensure alignment of data and global consolidation processes
  • Develop management reports and executive materials for internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic insights into financial results
  • Identify and implement initiatives to optimize financial consolidation processes, driving efficiency and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Advanced/fluent English
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in FP&A and financial consolidation roles
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of or experience with ERP systems, advanced financial analysis tools, and business intelligence platforms is preferred
