About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a portfolio of 8–10 concurrent SaaS implementations, ranging from quick rollouts to complex multi-country programs
Drive project delivery against key milestones, timelines, and budgets
Maintain high delivery quality and achieve billable targets
Partner daily with Solution Architects, technical consultants, and third-party partners
Navigate resource constraints and optimize project flow
Establish and lead project governance, including Steering Committee forums, stakeholder updates, risk mitigation, and escalations
Advise enterprise customers on Change Management strategies to drive software adoption and value realization
Support Sales during pre-sales phases with project quotes, plans, and technical scoping
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to support ARR growth and minimize churn
Leverage AI tools and modern workflows to refine project management practices, delivery speed, and execution quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing complex, multi-country business software (SaaS) implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
Proven track record balancing project delivery excellence with commercial outcomes, billable efficiency, scope control, and upsell awareness
Strong background leading Steering Committees, navigating client risk, managing scope changes, and advising on Change Management
Self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, takes full ownership, and drives results without step-by-step guidance
Superior interpersonal skills to build trust, navigate high resource utilization across cross-functional technical teams, and partner with client executives
Professional fluency in both Swedish and English, written and verbal, is a strict requirement
Direct experience within Workforce Management (WFM), HCM, or complex HR software environments is nice to have but not required
Background in management consulting or professional services delivery is nice to have but not required
Exposure to AI-driven project management or workflow automation tools is nice to have but not required
Curious, highly organized, and naturally analytical with an adaptive problem-solving mindset
Resilient and proactive self-starter who quickly grasps complex business concepts
Empathetic communicator who builds strong, enduring relationships internally and externally
