About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect product requirements from stakeholders, transform them into tasks, and prioritize processing
- Manage, maintain, and continuously refine a prioritized product backlog
- Define clear acceptance criteria and participate in backlog refinement
- Participate in sprint planning, set sprint goals, and guide development teams during sprints
- Clarify user stories and requirements during development
- Track sprint deliverables, resolve issues and blockers, and coordinate cross-team dependencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features and enhancements on time and to a high quality
- Support documentation, including release notes, TFP, and training materials
- Manage post-go-live activities, outstanding items, follow-up work, and handovers to support teams
- Collect user feedback and document lessons learned
- Measure product performance using qualitative and quantitative data and drive continuous improvement
- Write and refine user stories and features, formulate acceptance criteria, and add entries to the product backlog
- Define quality standards and develop the definitions of done and ready with the team
- Maintain close contact with product stakeholders to incorporate their interests and needs
- Coordinate activities with clients, software support activities, and implementation projects for Quipu Software Products
- Coordinate internally with development teams and product experts
- Lead problem-solving activities from beginning to end
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience in MBA product management in development for banks is requested
- Strong understanding of user needs and behaviors
- Strong business product knowledge
- Ability to translate insights into valuable product features
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Backlog management and story writing
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in product development and management
- Strong understanding of the business area, products, and services
- Analytical thinking
