About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect product requirements from stakeholders, transform them into tasks, and prioritize processing
- Manage and maintain a well-defined, prioritized product backlog
- Refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning
- Set sprint goals and guide the development team during sprints
- Clarify requirements during development and support issue resolution
- Track sprint deliverables, resolve blockers, and coordinate cross-team dependencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features and enhancements on time and to a high standard
- Support documentation, including release notes, TFP, and training materials
- Manage post-go-live activities, outstanding items, follow-up work, and operational handovers
- Collect user feedback and document lessons learned
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement
- Write user stories and features, refine backlog entries, and formulate acceptance criteria
- Define quality standards and develop the Definition of Done and Definition of Ready with the team
- Maintain close contact with product stakeholders, including customers and company representatives
- Coordinate activities with clients while considering software support and implementation projects
- Coordinate internally with development teams and product experts
- Lead problem-solving activities from beginning to end
- Ensure Definition of Ready and Definition of Done criteria are satisfied
Requirements
