About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, coordinate, and deliver infrastructure-related projects for Quipu and ProCredit Group banks
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Coordinate with Quipu technical teams, ITOAM, and external vendors
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements
Align project execution with bank strategies, IT roadmaps, and IT Operations priorities
Provide status updates, progress reports, and risk assessments to senior management and governance bodies
Apply Quipu project management standards, methodologies, and documentation practices
Identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate project risks
Monitor project KPIs and take corrective actions
Facilitate testing, validation, and acceptance of infrastructure solutions
Handover completed projects into IT Operations with documentation and training
Act as the primary communication contact with banks and maintain stakeholder relationships
Improve project delivery methodologies and tools, share lessons learned, and optimize execution efficiency, cost control, and quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure projects (e.g., networking, datacenter, cloud migration, security, hardware/software upgrades)
Strong project management skills with knowledge of relevant methodologies
Solid understanding of IT operations, ITIL practices, and regulatory/audit requirements in the financial sector
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging with senior bank management
Ability to coordinate across diverse technical teams and external vendors
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Willingness to travel and maintain on-site presence at bank premises as required for project execution
