Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead departmental performance and support business goals
  • Supervise daily site quality operations
  • Prioritize, assign and review work to achieve productivity, volume and quality targets
  • Maintain a clean, safe and compliant workplace
  • Identify performance trends, issues and process gaps and implement solutions
  • Lead, coach and develop base and flex employees
  • Conduct feedback, performance reviews and training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in a high-volume distribution center
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work onsite daily from the Bethlehem, PA facility
