About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Technical team across woven, knitwear, sweaters, tailored product and outerwear categories
  • Coordinate fit sessions and sample reviews
  • Prepare garments, book models, measure samples and accurately record fit comments
  • Track, log and ship samples
  • Maintain style libraries and update product information in PLM systems
  • Work with Technical, Buying and supplier teams to manage critical path activity
  • Support timely sample development
  • Contribute to reports, technical documentation and special projects supporting product quality, fit consistency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in garment technology, technical design or a related fashion product development role
  • Understanding of garment construction, fit and sample evaluation
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, work at pace and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers and external partners
  • Solid computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience using product lifecycle management systems such as FLEX PLM advantageous
  • Proactive, flexible and detail-focused approach
  • Genuine interest in quality, fit and delivering a strong customer experience
  • Must be based at Chiswick Park, West London, five days a week
