About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Change, charge, and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) batteries while keeping the battery-changing area clean and operational
  • Operate fork trucks, TSPs, PEs, RRs, RCs, scissor lifts, boom lifts, one-person lifts, and electric floor sweepers
  • Help with basic facility repairs and maintain the building’s appearance and functionality
  • Support general housekeeping, trash removal, and recycling across all facility areas
  • Help with indoor and outdoor facility events
  • Follow company safety and security procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or an equivalent combination of training
  • Current MHE certification for all required Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment
  • Ability to work overtime, nights, and weekends to support operational demands
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and maintaining an organized work environment
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow established procedures
  • Must work onsite daily at the Florence, SC facility
  • No relocation assistance available
