About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create promotional briefs for assigned areas
  • Review product content, including digital images and copy, to meet strategy
  • Generate recaps and reporting to guide future strategies
  • Use data-driven insights from Adobe, Content Square, Tableau, Microstrategy, and customer segments to develop personalized shopping initiatives
  • Assist the Manager with the weekly Category recap
  • Partner with the CIA team to identify performance gaps and opportunities across platforms
  • Collaborate with the Senior eCommerce Manager to apply platform and category best practices
  • Use sales and metrics to create digital experiences and identify new selling methods
  • Collaborate with Merchandising and Planning to meet sales goals
  • Work with vendors and guests to develop category- and brand-appropriate eCommerce recommendations, including content, customer marketing plans, email campaigns, and photos

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in merchandising, marketing, eCommerce sales, or equivalent business experience
  • 1+ years’ experience in an eCommerce environment, or equivalent combination of training and experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Tableau, and Windows-based systems
  • Demonstrated ability to positively influence and develop agreement with teams not in a direct reporting relationship
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Must reside in PA, DE, or NJ
  • Relocation assistance is not available
