About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct daily workload planning and delegate team assignments
Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve accuracy and productivity
Perform root cause analysis on inventory quality issues and support corrective actions
Complete daily reporting and communicate inventory-related updates to leadership
Monitor incoming emails and communications regarding inventory quality concerns and ensure follow-up
Work with the Area Manager and other Team Leads to maintain proper workflow
Support training projects and help foster a positive, team-oriented culture
Report to the Area Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent required
Leadership experience required
1–2 years warehouse experience
1–2 years inventory control or quality experience
Problem-solving skills in fast-paced operational environments
Proficiency with computer systems
Ability to work Wednesday–Saturday, 6:30 AM–4:45 PM
Fully onsite work at the Florence, SC Fulfillment Center
Relocation assistance is not available
