About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receive, unload, sort, pick, pack, and ship customer orders
Process customer returns, including scanning, sorting, and returning items to correct inventory locations
Use handheld scanners, warehouse systems, and computers to complete tasks accurately
Support additional warehouse tasks based on business priorities
For Equipment Operator roles, operate powered industrial trucks, including forklifts, to safely move products throughout the fulfillment center
Use handheld scanners and computer systems for receiving, unloading, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
Assist with customer order fulfillment, inventory movement, and returns processing across multiple departments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be at least 18 years old
No prior warehouse experience required for Team Member roles
Able to work full shifts and overtime as needed
Able to meet attendance expectations
Comfortable working in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment
Able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Able to stand and/or walk for up to 10–12 hours
Able to push, pull, bend, squat, twist, grasp, and reach throughout the shift
Equipment Operator roles require prior equipment operating experience
Equipment Operator roles require comfort working at heights and wearing required fall protection equipment
