Fulfillment Center Team Member – Seasonal
Qurate Retail Group. Receive, unload, sort, pick, pack, and ship customer orders .
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive, unload, sort, pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Process customer returns, including scanning, sorting, and returning items to the correct inventory locations
- Use handheld scanners, warehouse systems, and computers to complete tasks accurately
- Support other warehouse tasks as needed based on business priorities
- Report to an Area Manager
- Help keep the fulfillment center running safely and efficiently
- Work a consistent full-time schedule of 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (4:30am–3pm)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 0–6 months of warehouse experience preferred; no prior experience required
- Ability to work a full shift and overtime as needed
- Ability to maintain attendance in accordance with company policy
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 10–12 hours
- Ability to push, pull, squat, bend, twist, grasp, and reach for up to 10–12 hours per day
- Ability to work on a secure mezzanine at heights of up to 40 feet
