About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Enter, maintain, process, audit, and report sensitive People and organizational data
  • Support tasks associated with large organizational changes
  • Maximize technology capabilities to reduce manual processes
  • Serve as a resource for process-improvement tasks and special projects
  • Analyze and process transactions in the HR system

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to speak fluent English and German (at least C1)
  • Experience in tracking cases for documentation and work allocation purposes
  • Advocate for change and promote continuous improvement ideas within the team
  • Analytical capability to identify issues, interpret data and provide insight
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in an international, matrix organization
  • Consumer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
