About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Embrace and promote the Frontgate brand
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience
- Perform inventory management, backroom organization, and store maintenance
- Provide customer service and promote a helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient environment
- Process, label, and assemble merchandise
- Prepare and ship outgoing merchandise and transfers
- Work collaboratively on floor sets and inventory replenishment
- Report to the store leader
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of shipping and receiving, or stock room experience
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and instruction
- Availability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs
- Ability to work collaboratively on floor sets and replenishment of inventory
- Additional physical requirements may be required, e.g. climbing ladders
