About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support maintenance tasks by assisting with repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of machinery, equipment, and facility structures
Perform routine maintenance including lubricating parts, replacing belts, clearing debris, and supporting basic electrical and plumbing work
Operate drills, saws, pneumatic tools, and welding machines
Help with building upkeep including patching walls, painting surfaces, assembling furnishings, and clearing drains
Document work performed by recording maintenance activities and entering data into required systems
Report to the Maintenance Area Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in a distribution, industrial, or maintenance environment (typically 1–3 years)
Mechanical aptitude
Basic math skills
Problem-solving skills
Computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work the 7:00pm–7:30am rotating schedule
Ability to work onsite daily at the Piney Flats, TN fulfillment center
